We are a small friendly team based in the Ribble Valley in Lancashire. We all have our own area of expertise and when we put them all together we have a great combination of skills. The best thing for us is knowing that our customers love to come to our little shop and browse around our super treats & great gift ideas.

Founder & owner
Valley Living is Aud’s business, she is our boss but she is very friendly and not at all bossy! :) Auds spends lots of time hunting, looking and tracking down different, pretty and thoughtful products for the shop so that we always have something new to show you, and not just the usual gifts that you find on the high street. She is also a qualified chef and was a hospitality lecturer for many years too so naturally, good customer service is one of her top priorities. Auds loves her shop and struggles to peel herself away from it, but when she manages it you would either find her enjoying her garden, flicking through recipe books or bobbing around on a boat with her family off the west coast of Scotland.
Sharon
Sales Executive
Sharon has worked in retail since she was 16 and brings a lot of skills to our little shop in Clitheroe, she particularly likes to work on displaying the products in the shop but also like all of the team here at Valley living she holds customer service as a high priority and enjoys meeting customers and helping them to find just what they are looking for. Sharon is an animal lover and has her own little dog that she loves to walk out and about in the beautiful Ribble Valley, she has lived in the area for five years and really likes to explore on her bike to enjoy this special valley. A super sunny warm holiday is top of Sharons list of things to do, she particularly loves exploring Greece and all the little islands and as you can see also enjoys the occasional Aperol Spritz!
Kathryn
Sales Executive
When Kathryn is not supporting her son on the sideline of a football pitch she loves to spend time with her family and baking and cooking her family's favourite dishes. Kathryn is a Clitheroe lass born and bred, she has lived here all her life and loves the Ribble Valley where she enjoys walking her lively cocker spaniel. In her spare time Kathryn likes to walk further afield in the Lake District with her family and of course checking out the cafes. Kathryn has many years of experience in retail, values good customer service, and always likes to help our customers find the perfect gift or treat, making sure they enjoy their shopping experience here at Valley Living.
Gill
Sales Executive
Gill works mostly at the weekends in the shop, she is busy the rest of the week working for one of Valley Living’s local artisan suppliers, Mosney Mill. When Gill is not busy with her local choir she will be out and about exploring hidden and interesting areas of the north-west. Having moved many times within the Ribble Valley, Gill enjoys creating a cosy home and garden and meeting new people, including all our super customers here at Valley Living. Gill also enjoys a good trade fair, and is often there representing Mosney Mill but she is always on the lookout for products that complement the varied and unique gifts and card selection found here in our little shop in Clitheroe.
