Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY

You may choose our Standard delivery service (3-5 weekdays)

If you place your order before 3pm Monday – Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch it the same day. Please note that during exceptionally busy periods there may be a slight delay in dispatching orders placed with Standard delivery.

Items sent to Scottish Highland addresses and addresses outside mainland Britain may take longer than 5 day to arrive

Next day delivery requests must be placed by 1pm and this should be delivered on the next WORKING day to the majority of UK addresses. Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer.

Items ordered after 3pm on Friday will be delivered the following working week.

Smaller orders (under 2kg) are sent to you with Royal Mail, and larger orders (over 2kg) are despatched with a courier.

If you need the products quickly then we offer a Next WORKING Day UK Mainland delivery service for orders place by 1pm. Your goods will be sent via courier.

In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, however will do our very best to ensure your products are delivered within the stated time.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery dat or failure to obtain a signature or because of the circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Specific delivery times and days cannot be agreed in the on-line order process.

If you decide that, after ordering, you no longer require the items you have the right to cancel you order at any time before you receive the product you ordered.

If the items have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon delivery at your own expense.

We will raise a credit note for any items that are returned to us in the original packaging, in the condition you received them, together with proof of purchase within 28 working days of notification of your intention to return the items.

We are unable to cancel, return or refund any personalised items.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Valley Living however if you are not happy with your items you can return them to us, at your own expense, unused, in their original packaging within 14 working  days for a refund, by contacting us in writing. Upon receipt of the item we will refund you within 28 days.

If you return products by post, please make sure you package them and label them properly, so that they are not damaged in transit or get lost in the post.

We would always recommend that you retain a proof of postage in the event that the items go missing, as the items will remain your responsibility until we have received them.

If the items returned failed to be delivered back to us then it will be the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery.

CANCELLATIONS
