Delivery & Returns

Please note our delivery cut-offs to receive your order in time for Christmas

Standard delivery – Saturday 18th December

Express delivery – Tuesday 21st December

UK DELIVERY

  1. Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – £3.99
  2. Express Delivery (1-2 working days) – £5.99
  3. Collect from shop – Free

We try our best to dispatch orders placed before 3pm Monday – Friday the same day.

(Please note that during exceptionally busy periods there may be a slight delay in dispatching orders placed with Standard delivery.)

Next day delivery requests MUST be placed by 10 am for same day dispatch – the parcel should then be delivered on the next working day, depending on the couriers dispatch cut off.

Items ordered after 3pm Friday will be delivered the following working week.

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, however we do our very best to ensure your products are delivered within the stated times.

INTERNATIONAL & DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF MAINLAND BRITAIN

Items sent to Scottish highland addresses as well as addresses outside mainland Britain may take longer than the stated standard delivery times.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures for example failure to obtain a signature and so on.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Valley Living however if you are not happy with your items you can return them to us, at your own expense, unused, in their original packaging within 14 working  days for a refund, by contacting us in writing. Upon receipt of the item we will refund you within 28 days.

If you return products by post, please make sure you package them and label them properly, so that they are not damaged in transit or get lost in the post.

We would always recommend that you retain a proof of postage in the event that the items go missing, as the items will remain your responsibility until we have received them.

If your returned items fail to be delivered back to us then it will be the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

If you place an order and then decide that you no longer require the items, you have the right to cancel you order at any time before you receive the product you ordered.

If the items have already been dispatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon delivery at your own expense.

We will raise a credit note for any items that are returned to us in the original packaging, in the condition you received them, together with proof of purchase within 28 working days of notification of your intention to return the items.

We are unable to cancel, return or refund any personalised items.
