You will notice a special resemblance to the rest of our Mosney Mill range in these candles, as they were each originally hand-drawn and painted by Mosney Mill’s artist Emma Sutton. This beautiful English Bluebell candle was inspired by a bluebell itself and has a floral, musky fragrance with top notes of mandarin and lemon. On a heart of bluebell and rose with base notes of vetiver, cedarwood and patchouli. The candle, which is rose gold with a soft blue exterior, is then finished in blue luxurious packaging illustrated by Emma which see some bumblebees in their natural habitat feeding on nectar from a beautiful bluebell. Enjoy a 50-hour burn time of pure luxury with these Mosney Mill botanicals.
This candle was inspired by an English Bluebell, designed in Preston, Lancashire and was created in the UK, making these quintessentially English candles a proud addition to our range of British Made products.
Marmalade x Mosney Mill English Bluebell Luxury Candle
50 hours burn time
Marmalade of London is a British brand that creates a little indulgent luxury for every home. They have a passion for fragrance and design which is seen in the beautiful and contemporary packaging. Fragrance as a concept is very personal and different scents can remind us of a person, a place or a moment in time, so because of this, each fragrance was created to suit different tastes. All Marmalade products are lovingly made in Britain. The candles are 100% soy wax with cotton wicks and essential oils.
Cruelty-free, the nearest they get to animal testing is their family black Labrador Plum who accompanies them to work and sniffs the occasional candle or reed diffuser. She seems to approve. Marmalade of London has an amazing team of staff who share our passion and because of that, we are delighted to have them on our shelves and now online at Valley Living. Marmalade of London hopes you enjoy them as much as they enjoyed making them for you and as much as we enjoyed picking them!

I first met Emma at Harrogate Trade Fair in 2016, and when we started chatting we quickly discovered that my shop and Emma’s workshop are only about ten miles away from each other – Emma lives and works at Mosney Mill, which she and her family renovated themselves. As they did so, they uncovered its rich history as a textile printing mill in the late 1700’s.
