Mosney Mill, Animal Design Apron.
Emma, founder of Mosney Mill, is a very talented artist and she has really managed to define the intricate detail of her drawings onto the fabric of these aprons, and they are all the more stunning for that. The quality is second to none and they are designed and manufactured in Lancashire.
At up to 90cm long and up to 70cm wide (depending on design chosen) with a generous 86cm of fastening tapes and an adjustable neck strap, you’ll still look stylish while keeping your clothes free from drips and spills.
Available in several designs, made from Cotton.
Care Instructions: To keep these kitchen textiles in tip top condition, we advise you to machine wash at 40 degrees and reshape while still wet. For these textiles to look pristine, iron them while they’re still slightly damp. Do not tumble dry!
I first met Emma at Harrogate Trade Fair in 2016, and when we started chatting we quickly discovered that my shop and Emma’s workshop are only about ten miles away from each other – Emma lives and works at Mosney Mill, which she and her family renovated themselves. As they did so, they uncovered its rich history as a textile printing mill in the late 1700’s.
